How do I cancel an order?
 
Complete customer satisfaction is what we believe in and therefore we follow 100 percent transparency in the order cancellation process.
We, at Vedicfolks, have a liberal ‘Return Policy’ on purchases made from our website. In an unlikely event of the customer expressing dissatisfaction with the genuinity or quality of the products purchased from us, we immediately initiate the refund. However, we request our customers to please note that:
 
  1. The purchased product should be returned within a week of delivery at customer’s own expense.
  2. The customer should also return any free gifts provided along with the product purchased.
  3. Vedicfolks will not reimburse the shipping charges.
  4. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method or account of payment from which Vedicfolks received payment for the product being refunded.

 
Online Cancellation Details:
 
We request our customers not to initiate online cancellation from their order log. It is recommended to approach the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)/Devotee Support Team for support as regards any cancellation request or for any cancellation related questions/clarifications.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
 
After cancellation of the purchased item(s), please we may require a minimum of 1-2 business days to process the request and 3-4 days to initiate the refund. An email will be sent to the customer notifying the status thereon, and the refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s) in good shape. However, please note that if the customer opts for having the money transferred back to the bank account, the process would entail a period of 7-10 business days for the refund to be realized, after receiving the returned item(s).

Can I cancel a part of the order?
 
Sorry. Vedicfolks does not encourage cancellation of a part of the order.
 
Whom should a customer contact to get the money transferred through a bank account for the cancelled product?
 
Please send in a mail to support@vedicfolks.org detailing your bank account information. Beneficiary name, Account Number, Bank Branch, IFSC code and your mobile number to facilitate quick refund processes.
 
 
How do I return an item purchased on Vedicfolks?
 
It is quite simple. Vedicfolks has created an easy refund policy keeping in mind our customer’s best interests. But it is advised to send the product back in its original condition through courier without any damage, and the cost for the same should be borne by the customer. Vedicfolks will under no circumstances be liable for a refund if the product is found tampered, damaged, or defective in any way when received by us. 
 
It’s important to note that the Products customized as per the customer’s requirements will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

How will I get my Money Back if I have paid via COD?

Please call us on our helpline number +91 7338766066 to speak to our customer support executive or email us at support@vedicfolks.org. Once your request has been registered from our end, and we are assured that we have received the returned product in good condition from you, we shall transfer the money to your bank account via NEFT.

How will I get my money back if I have paid via Debit Card?
 
 
You can call us on our helpline number to speak to our customer support executive +91 7338766066 or email us at support@vedicfolks.org along with your bank account details as stated above. After receiving the product in its original condition, we will refund the money to your bank account.
 
It’s important to note that the Products customized as per the customer’s requirements will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
 
How will I get my money if I have paid via Credit Card?
 
You can call us on our helpline number to speak to our customer support executive +91 733876606 or email us at support@vedicfolks.org. Once your request is registered from our end and receives the product back from you in its original condition, we shall credit the amount back to the same Credit Card which was used to purchase the product.

What is the refund Procedure for Homams/Poojas?
 
Vedicfolks strives to perform all Homams and Poojas by following strict Vedic norms and also the rituals are performed by well-experienced priests with great initiations in the field. We also make sure that all orders are included in the Sankalpa. Suppose by any chance, any of our customer name/birth star has been missed out by mistake while performing Group Homas/Poojas, during special events, we see to it that the particular name is accommodated in another Homam/Pooja. Failing this, the customer can request a refund of the amount if he/she so wishes.
 
How to Reschedule Individual Homa?
 
Please note that in case of rescheduling request for the individual Homam/Pooja, the customer has to inform the CRM requesting the reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time for us to stop all procedures and avoid wastage of materials bought for the homa.
 
This way, necessary arrangements can be made for rescheduling the homa/Pooja.
 
Also, further updates on the date and time of the rescheduled homa will be communicated through email to the customer.
